Popular magical girl TV anime series Puella Magi Madoka Magica starting broadcasting in Japan 10 years ago today, giving anime fans a twisty, thought-provoking 12 episode ride. To celebrate the airing of the first episode on January 7, 2011, staff behind the original series launched a brand new 10th Anniversary Project website with comments from the creators behind the franchise and announced that starting January 14, illustrators and manga creators will release special commemorative images.

Both the original 2011 TV anime series Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and the 2020 spin-off TV anime series Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story stream on Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll describes the original series as such:
