Design Coco stuns us once again with an absolutely gorgeous 1/4 scale figure created with the look of a Japanese doll, this time of Hololive Fantasy member Usada Pekora! Created to usher in the start of the “#Human Rabbitality Project,” the 18.8” tall figure was made in collaboration with the long-established doll maker Yoshitoku and features her dressed in a lovely kimono as she poses gracefully with a fan in hand and gives a bubbly, bright smile that’s hard to resist.
Her vivid blue and pink kimono features beautiful traditional patterns throughout that are enhanced with gold accents. It was crafted by Shochiku Costume, which creates kimono and costumes for kabuki and other traditional Japanese performing arts, and was carefully sewn according to her proportions for a beautifully tailored look.
Traditional accessories complete her lovely ensemble, including a shiny fan, geta sandals in her image color, and hair ornaments created by Tsumami Zaiku Ichirindo, a store specializing in the traditional craft of tsumami zaiku. Each of her accessories features a design inspired by her Pekomon and was meticulously crafted to bring out her charm. Even her living scarf Don-chan has been faithfully recreated with a fluffy look as it gently rests on her shoulder.
Beautiful from every angle, be sure to celebrate 2023, the Year of the Rabbit, by adding Usada Pekora to your collection!
