Both the game and the anime were originally scheduled to be released in the spring of 2021.

The statement writes,

“In order to provide better quality content, we have decided to postpone the start of service and streaming date of the Idol Land PriPara game app and anime, which were scheduled to be released in the spring of 2021, to the summer of 2021. We would like to express our deepest apologies to the customers who are looking forward to the launch.
