In one of the best “collaborations” for an anime film and one that only Gintama could pull off, when going to see the upcoming Gintama: THE FINAL anime film in cinemas in Japan, theater-goers will receive one out of ten possible illustrations of characters from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. We see what you’re doing here Gintama!
During the Gintama stage at Jump Festa 2021 Online today, three of the ten were previewed. Tanjiro, Rengoku, and Shinobu, all drawn by Gintama creator Hideaki Sorachi. The rest will feature the Hashira and other characters from the very popular, record-breaking, series. The illustrations are only available for the first week of showings in Japan for a limited time.

Gintama: THE FINAL will open in Japan on January 8. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba THE MOVIE Mugen Train opened in Japan on October 16 and has since become the second-highest-grossing film in Japan ever, and on track to overtake Spirited Away sometime this week.
