The amazing illustrator Yoshitoshi Shinomiya, best known for his work as the background artist on Makoto Shinkai‘s The Garden of Words, and as a unit director on Your Name, is back with a new Pokémon anime film poster for the upcoming Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle, after previously drawing special posters for I Choose You! and The Power of Us.
The above visual shows Koko hanging from a branch in a luscious green environment with a Pikachu above him. The words on the poster read “From here on out, this is your world”.
English poster:
Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle releasing in Japan as Pokémon the Movie: Koko on December 25, 2020, after being delayed due to the new coronavirus – marking the first time a Pokémon film has ever opened at Christmas time in the country.
